Project Work Permit app for iPhone and iPad

This app is used by vendors of construction company to create work permit and get audited for safety in work permit with 3 levels of approval. Approver will check the sefty measures entered by vendor is get followed at work place. Approver can stop the work if there is any issue in adhering safety measures in work. He can upload the images of work as an evidences. Vendor need to rectify and correct the issue and request to resume the work vendor can also upload the images of corrective actions taken.
